Round Glass
The borosilicate round glass is produced according to the international standard DIN7080.
Operating temperature is 280 degrees Celsius.
In a toughened form, temperatures up to 315 degrees Celsius are possible whilst annealed glass may be used up 400 degrees Celsius continuously with a short term maximum of 500 degrees Celsius.
In addition to the standard DIN size, other sizes can be customized.

It is used to provide 360 degree reviewing of material flow in a line. Clear Toughened Safety Glass Clear to look through when used as a door or a window, Clear Toughened Safety Glass provides little or no colour interference when used with coloured glass splashback paint that has a medium to dark colour density. It is laminated with PDLC film from two transparent conductive coated PET. PDLC film consist of droplets of liquid crystal dispersed in a matrix prepolymer binder. The PDLC film has liquid crystal droplets with a bipolar alignment. In the absence of an electronic field the droplet director are randomly aligned and in general the refractive index of the droplet is mismatched with that of the prepolymer and the materials scatter light. In on state, the film of the PDLC can be switched to an index matched and transparent state by application of an electric field aligning the drioplet director parallel to the applied field.
