Right or left tapping can be selected, tap life setting and adjust the tapping distance all can set up on the operation panel. Programmable language controller (plc) is used in the machine to monitor and control all tapping actions which can carry some functions including each spindle output counter is independent, operating automatically or manually, adjustable tapping speed, tapping error alarm of each spindle and motor overload alarm. Examination by current meter can detect tapping abnormal, jammed nuts during feeding or empty tapping, which can avoid tools get damage. The replacement of tools is simple and saving time.
