PVC reinforce agent is an innovative new product applied in the manufacturing process for PVC pipe diameter 100mm and above.
Color and Appearance : WHITE powder
Composition : 50% Calcium Hydroxide and 50% Acyl
Application : 30% mixing this strengthen agent with PVC when PVC pipe manufacturing (min 100 mm diameter pipe)
EFFECT
1. Lower Distortion of pipe
2. Improved color (brighter)
3. Strengthen physical property of pipe (more elasticity and lower break of pipe)
Recomended Extruding condition in case of twin screw;
