This type of Saffron only includes the red part of Stigma and its quality is evaluated based on both chemical and physical tests in addition to its length, width and appearance.
Appearance:
The color of that is dark red. The top of the stigma is wide and it becomes thinner at the end. The Thickness of this kind of saffron is lower than other ones.
Filament (Red & White)
This one includes both red and white parts of Stigma whose quality is evaluated in terms of chemical and physical tests in addition to its whiteness, length, width and texture.
Appearance:
This part of stigma includes the red and white parts. Pushali - A is thicker and longer than Pushali - B
