Ribbed Smoked Sheet Rubber (RSS Rubber) is a form of raw natural rubber. It is made from natural rubber latex which is treated and then made to coagulate. The latex is formed into sheets using a simple machine and is then air dried or smoked in ovens. Adopted mainly due to the simplicity and low cost of production, RSS rubber is mainly used by the tyre industry.
Natural Concentrated Latex HA/LA/MA 60% DRC
The natural latex rubber manufacturing process begins with harvesting latex from rubber trees. Harvesting latex from rubber trees starts with scoring or cutting into the bark of the tree. Latex flows into a cup attached to the bottom of the cut in the tree. The latex material from many trees is accumulated in large tanks.
Natural Rubber Latex 60% DRC HA is used in manufacture of dipped products such as household, medical, surgical and industrial
gloves; latex thread and tape, toys, condoms, balloons , medical tubing and other molded thin-walled rubber items.
Latex can be produce with specifications following customers' requirement.

4572 EPDM is an amorphous ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) grade designed for extruded applications. It is ideally suited for dense extruded profiles, coolant hoses, and general-purpose moldings. The combination of high viscosity and low crystallinity allows for good balance of processability, extensibility, low-temperature properties, and performance.
EPDM 5601- ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber grades are used in a wide variety of applications in the
automotive, consumer, and industrial sectors.
To deliver heat-resistant part performance and processing benefits that exceed those provided by
natural and general-purpose rubbers.
To cost-effective, high-performance solutions that provide ozone and UV resistance, water and polar
fluid resistance, heat resistance up to 175 C, low temperature flexibility, elastic properties under compression, excellent physical properties at high filler
loadings and outstanding electrical insulation.
Super fine reclaimed rubber sheets. Rubber recovered from vulcanized scrap rubber (as by grinding old tires and treating with oils and special chemicals), often mixed with crude rubber for compounding, and used chiefly in mechanical rubber goods. We use additives that is approved by REACH standards.
Pure rubber granules of size 1-3 mm with no steel or textile.
This product is used in many applications mainly as artificial turf infill and anti-shock floorings.
