Lavander & Rosemar Aleppo Organic Soap The soap industry in the city of Aleppo, Syria is over 4000 years old and is handmade from ancient times to the present, made by processing and blending natural olive oil, laurel and saponification materials, with a PH value of 6.3. The difference between Aleppo organic soap and other soaps is highlighted by the fact that it contains no dyes, artificial fragrances or animal fats (only vegan), therefore it is well tolerated by all types of skin. The ritual of making Aleppo organic soap begins with the harvesting of olives. The oil obtained from the olives is boiled for several days in special containers. It is boiled with mineral water, obtained as an extract from sea water, at the end of the boiling process, it is enriched with laurel oil. After being cooled and filtered, the soap obtained is green in color, hand-cut, marked and left in the open air for at least nine months, the process takes more than a year before it goes on sale.
