Solid Profiles are often known as EPDM Dense rubber profiles are made in different hardness as per customers specification and are used for the following application :-
(a) Windshields & Fixed Window Panels.
(b) Glazing Rubbers for Truck & Bus body Building.
(c) Glazing Rubber for the containers sealing, Railways, Shipping
application & other.
(d) Glazing profiles for Buildings & Windows.
These are solid extruded profiles made of EPDM rubber with excellent ozone & temperature resistance properties and has good aesthetic features.They are tested as per ASTM/ISO/JIS standards.

Crushed tires resulting from the recycling of a mixture of used tires of various categories (pv, cv, gv, hgv, pwv, cev, iv, agrarian, handling, motorbikes, etc.).
All the technical features of these tires comply with the regulations and standards requirements of france and of the european union.
Composition of the product :
Synthetic and natural rubber (97, 5 %), steel (1, 5 %), textile (1, 0 %).
The rubber is made of a mix-in variable proportions of 2 main types of synthetic rubber and of natural rubber. The 2 types of synthetic rubber are :
- the sbr (styrene butadiene rubber)
- the nbr (nitrile butadiene rubber)
The steel is a strongly carbonaceous steel

The textile is a mixture of 4 types of fibres : aramide, nylon, polyester and rayon (mainly nylon, that is to say polyamide)

Exclusively with a mechanical crushing of the tires at ambient temperature.

Extruded rubber is a major part of ebco's sale. We extrude sponge rubber, dense rubber, dense rubber with strands of filament and dense rubber with a wire carrier. This broad product range allows us to meet the most demanding requirements. We have compounds approved by ul which comply with the smoke and fire requirements for buses and transit vehicles. The majority of our products are custom but we do have a few profiles which are standard. We have various sizes of edge trim and edge trim with sponge bulbs for sealing purposes.
Secondary operations are a common practice with extrusions. Profiles can be wound on reels or coiled on a cardboard disk. Parts may require the ends to have a unique cut or holes and slots cut along the length. To aid in application a pressure sensitive adhesive can be applied to meet the requirements you desire. Flocking is a process where synthetic fibers are glued to a profile to aid glass or a similar surface in sliding. Whatever your requirement we will be able to provide a product for you.
