High Quality Natural Rubber RSS3/ Ribbed Smoked Sheets RSS1,RSS2, RSS5, Rubber Ribbed Smoked Sheet RSS 1 : Grade 1 Ribbed Smoked Sheets RSS 1 refers to Ribbed Smoked Sheets, produced from natural rubber latex as ribbed sheets, by coagulation with acids and sheeting, properly air dried and smoked, and visually graded. Ribbed smoked sheets (RSS) are graded based on visual assessment of quality. The International Rubber Quality and PackingConference (IRQPC) have specified the grade descriptions, to establish acceptable grades for commercial usage.
Field latex is a white or slightly yellowish opaque liquid with a specific gravity, which varies between 0.974 and 0.986. It is a weak lyophilic colloidal system of spherical or pear shaped rubber globules suspended in an acquiesces serum. Field latex is centrifuged to manufacture latex concentrated of 60% rubber content. Centrifuged latex is commercially available in two different varieties, one with high ammonia (above 0.60%) and the other with Low Ammonia (less than 0.30%). It also contains secondary preservatives like TMTD (0.0125%) and zinc oxide (0.0125%). Grading, packing, and making of centrifuged latex are as per specifications prescribed in IS 5430.

The platinum cure silicone rubber can be applied to the mold making industries that used the fiberglass, gypsum, resin, candle, soap, etc. as raw material; or the food mold making industries, tire casting, rapid prototyping and artificial stone crafts. It gets the acknowledgment of the FDA, and its mixing ration is 10:1 or 1:1, which made the operation more easy. Besides that, it also has a lower shrinkage than the mould making silicone. (If there is no vacumn machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused.) 2.Put the product which is covered with a layer of release agent in the middle of a squre frame formed of 4 wooden or plastic plates. 3.Pour the mixture into the frame. 4.After 3 to 5 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original mold, then you get a finished platinum cured silicone mold.
