Clean series absolute ratting filters
The clean series melt-blown absolute filter cartridges are designed with extruded different density layers of polypropylene fibers. The unique PLC control technology sufficiently turning up the filtration efficiency level 99.98% for particle sizes encoded in the identification markings. The cartridges have two layers of fibres wound on a polypropylene core. The outer layer is equal to pre-filter and the inner layer qualified as a final filter to be the best from appearance to applications.
Pellicle Series Needle Felt Filter bag
Needled felt is the most common media used in economic disposable bag filters. Its fibres are locked together when they pass through beds of special barbed needles, entangling them into a strong matrix. The down stream side is signed using a special heat process to eliminate fiber migration. This rugged media is ideal for fabrication by both sewing and welding.Available in a wide range of materials, needled feits can be used in a vast range of liquids and gases of low to medium viscosity. They can be applied to remove hard partcles or, in some cases, soft partcles and jels. Kfilter offers needled felts in PO, PE, PA and PTFE in the full range of bag sizes.

The Refinery verifies the Buyer's ICPO with Company profile and issues Commercial Invoice of the product in tanks at the Port, and also SGS application form to the Buyer and the Buyer�¢??s Tank Farm Company sign and return CI to the Seller with NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer groups with commission structures and buyer Terminal Access code and Hub Number. 4. Seller issues the below PPOP documents to the Buyer's secured email for verification. SGS Report GPS Coordinate TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) IR (Injection Report) DTA (Dip Test Authorization Letter) ATSC (Authorization to Sell and Collect) ATV (Authorization to verify the product in the Seller's Tank) 5. Upon buyers receipt of the PPOP, Buyer inspects SGS agent or equivalent. 6.Seller issues the following final documents to all Intermediaries and the Buyer endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA. 7. Upon successful Dip Test in tanks, product will immediately be injected into Buyer�¢??s Tanks. The Buyer makes Payment for the product via MT103 in exchange for title. DIESEL FUEL SPECIFICATION EN590 (10PPM) USLD Detailed specs shall be provided upon request. NOTE: THE ICPO must be in buyer's letterhead with authorized signatory and stamp. It is mandatory that the document carries the buyer�¢??s bank and bank officer's contact information. The names and positions of the Company representative signing the ICPO must be clearly indicated. Otherwise, the document has no legal value; the documents must be fresh (recent date �¢?? the most 1-3 days old max.) The letterhead of the Company requesting the commodity must correspond to the Bank Account Holder on the banking information provided. Lastly, the ICPO must be addressed to the VIA Al Thani and must carry the seller's approved procedures as shown above. If your documents do not pass these verification points, please discuss them with your Buyers and get them corrected. This will save time in our process
