PP plywood uses plastic on the surface. It is non-corrosive, acid and alkaline retardant, and much more rigid than traditional film faced plywood which use melamine film on the surface.when concrete dry, PP plywood can be removed easily without release agent. the concrete looks like a mirror.

WOODPECKERPLY Film Faced Concrete Shuttering Plywood is one of our premium products widely used for form (concrete shuttering) works across the globe. It is made using 100% eco-friendly plantation wood (rubber wood) veneers, which are as good as hardwood veneers with a density of 700 Kgs per CBM. These veneers are machine dried and bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde (100% Boiling Water Proof) resin or MUF resin (Moisture Resistant) under controlled temperature and pressure. It is further covered with resin – treated paper that turns into a protective film during production. Edges are sealed with water based acrylic paint.
