Application:
The film is biodegradable in soil and has an average life span of 1 24 months, depending on the climate and temperatures. Applications with excellent test results for Biodegradable mulch film:

Degradation Time: It can be fully degraded within 90-180 days under composting conditions, without toxic and harmful things, effectively preventing white pollution and being friendly to environment.

Precautions: The shelf life of the product is about 12 months, stored in a cool an dry place, avoid direct contact with high temperature objects,liquids or chemical objects.

Acrylic Sheet Production Introduction:
Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), also known as acrylic, acrylic glass, or plexiglass, as well as by the trade names Crylux, Plexiglas, Acrylite, Astariglas, Lucite, Perclax, and Perspex, among several others (see below), is a transparentthermoplastic often used in sheet form as a lightweight or shatter-resistant alternative to glass. The same material can be used as a casting resin or in inks and coatings, among many other uses.
Although not a type of familiar silica-based glass, the substance, like many thermoplastics, is often technically classified as a type of glass (in that it is a non-crystalline vitreous substance), hence its occasional historic designation as acrylic glass. Chemically, it is the synthetic polymer of methyl methacrylate. The material was developed in 1928 in several different laboratories by many chemists.

Adhesive: These laminates are easy to apply with the standard laminating system, including most of the conventional water and solvent-based adhesives normally used with plastic laminates. We do not recommend the use of heat-activated adhesives.
Lamination: Proper substrates must be used and careful bonding procedures must be observed. Substrate should be of good quality plywood, PVC Board high-density particle
board,or high-quality fiber board. The face of the substrate must be smooth and free of grease, wax, dust, chips, and other foreign matter. We do not recommend any kind of coat like PU base, melamine, lamination(wax) on our products.
Cutting & Machining: These laminates can be cut by using a sharp diamond blade cutter only. We recommend the use of the smooth file to feather all corner edges.
Maintenance: Any cleaning agent containing acids, alkalis or abrasives should not be used to clean the laminate. Exposure to sunlight should be avoided.

Also known as acrylic glass and lucite, our extruded and cast acrylic sheets and panels.
Durable and adaptable, We have expansive selection of clear and colored acrylic sheets. Acrylic is about 17 times more impact resistant than glass. Our plexiglass panels are easily machinable, bond well with acrylic glues, and can be polished by hand, flame, or machine. They have a shiny, glass-like appearance, are suitable for printing, and cost-effective when compared to glass or polycarbonate.
We offers acrylic plexiglass sheets and panels in clear, black, white, and a spectrum of colors. They can be manufactured to be bullet-resistant, mirrored, non-glare, matte finish, UV filtering, or frosted.
