Specifications of pet flakes:
Product: pet bottles scrap flakes
Pvc content: max 300 ppm
Moisture: max 1%
Impurity: max 1.5%
No caps, rings, glue and labels.
Melting point: 240c-260c
Viscosity: 0.65-0.75
Flake size 8-12mm (buyers can ask different size).
Color: (a) crystal clear, (b) green, (c) blue, (d) brown.
Wash: we wash on buyers advise with cold or hot water. 2 times wash also possible.
Packing: 25kg pp woven bag.
Load quantity: 11mt/20’ fcl and 22mt/40’ fcl.
Our supply ability: 1500mt/month.
Inco terms & payment: we do business on FOB or CIF/CNF with TT or L/C at sight payment basis.
Delivery: for old buyer we ship the cargo in 14 days after confirm the order. For new and first time buyer we ship within 25 days but may early, it is negotiable.
Inspection: we arrange ccic inspection which valid for enter pet/plastics scrap flakes to china, but chinese buyer should have aqsiq. Ccic do inspect on product specifications, weight etc. Everything. If moisture found higher than purchase contract then the above portions value should be deducted from proceeds.
We send samples to new buyer on their own courier channel on their freight payment process.
