Polyacetal also called acetal or POM, is a popular crystalline engineering thermoplastic.

Polycarbonate (PC for short) is a high molecular polymer containing carbonate groups in its molecular chain. It is an amorphous, odorless and transparent thermoplastic engineering plastic. Its high strength makes it resistant to impact and fracture. It is lightweight so an excellent alternate to glass. PC is melted and forced into a mold with high pressure to give it the desired shape. It is widely used owing to its eco-friendly processing and recyclability. It can be processed by either injection moulding or extrusion.

Polyethylene terephthalate (or poly(ethylene terephthalate), PET, or PETE) is the polyester family's most common thermoplastic polymer resin. PET has a glass transition temperature of 67 - 81 C and a melting point of 260 C. It is a crystalline saturated polyester. It is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and shiny surface.

PETG plastic is a transparent plastic. It is a product obtained by polycondensation of terephthalic acid (TPA), ethylene glycol (EG) and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) by transesterification. Compared with PET, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol comonomer is added. Compared with PVC, PET, PMMA and other materials, PETG has excellent chemical resistance, impact resistance and environmental protection properties. Its products are highly transparent and have excellent processing and molding properties.
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic resin polymerized from propylene monomer. It is a colorless, odorless and non-toxic white translucent waxy granular material. Polypropylene is divided into homopolymers and copolymers, of which homopolymers are isotactic, syndiotactic and random. Homopolymer isotactic polypropylene is the most used. Polypropylene has good thermal performance.
Eastman Tritanâ?¢ TX1001 is an amorphous copolyester with excellent appearance and clarity. Tritan TX1001 contains a mold release derived from vegetable based sources. Its most outstanding features are excellent toughness, hydrolytic stability, and heat and chemical resistance. This new-generation copolyester can also be molded into various applications without incorporating high levels of residual stress. Combined with Tritan's outstanding chemical resistance and hydrolytic stability, these features give molded products enhanced durability in the dishwasher environment, which can expose products to high heat, humidity and aggressive cleaning detergents. Tritan TX1001 may be used in repeated use food contact articles under United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
