COLOR MASTERBATCH
Color masterbatches range produced from polyolefins includes coloration of processing materials in injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion , and also includes coloration of LDPE, HDPE and PP used for the production of films and PP tapes.
High functional colored masterbatch for PVC usage and high concentration monopigment masterbatch for monofilament PP fiber are both of special interest.

Calcium Carbonate and talc filled PE and PP are differed from their original polymer specification by brightness, thermal properties and processing temperature, tensile strength at break, mold shrinkage, specific gravity and elongation at break.
Calcium Carbonate filled polyolefin compounds namely ANTISPLIT are produced for PP tape application.
Polyolefin based compounds filled with CaCO and talc in different ratio are used directly or in the recommended dosage for electric appliance and automotive parts and garden furniture.
ADDITIVE MASTERBATCHES
SLIP MASTERBATCH:
Modifying the surface properties of polyolefin films and reducing the friction between layers of film, slip masterbatch improve film quality and facilitate easier handling of the films. Slip additive masterbatches are highly recommended to achieve a uniform slip additive distribution at low incorporation levels.
ANTIBLOCK MASTERBATCH:
Antiblocking is defined as the force needed to seperate two film layers. Antiblocking additive added to film resin reduce the adhesion between the film layers and thus prevent adhesion in hot condition and at long term storage.
ANTISTATIC MASTERBATCH:
Antistatic masterbatches used as an internal antistatic additive, increase the conductivity of plastics to prevent charge accumulation and problems caused by static electricity such as dust pick up, handling problems, electrical discharges will be reduced or eliminated.
UV MASTERBATCH:
UV Masterbatches prevents the degradation of the polymer chain from UV light and temperature and protect the optical and physical properties of the finished materials.
Polycarbonate films/sheets at thickness from 0.125mm to 1.0mm are available. We have pc film in different grade: general grade, sunbonnet grade, sunglass grade, flame retardant grade, electroplate grade, printing grade.
The surface can be polished/polished and velvet/matte.

CiPiTENE - Recycled High Density Polyethylene granule qualified for blow-moulding, extrusion and thermoforming.
Suitable for single layer bottles, watering pots, profiles, no pressure pipes, nets, sheets, plastic kerbstones and
so on.
CiPiTENE is qualified for hollow bodies blow-moulding, for extrusion and thermoforming.

CiPiTENE colour is light green only, but it can be easily coloured on darker colours with standard masterbatches.
CiPiTENE is impurity free because it is filtered with 100 microns sieves.
CiPiTENE smells slightly of detergent. packing on 25 Kg plastic bags (lot 27 t), on 1.020 Kg octabins (lot 22,44 t), on 1.250 big bags (lot 27,5 t) or upon request in bulk with silo (lot 27 t).

Application:
1.Inner bag of pesticide, chemical products. Avoiding touch these and no pesticide left in plastic bag.
2. Bag of cement addition. No dust pollutes environment.
3. Seeds bag. Seeds are bagged by the film at regular internals and are embedded in the land. Saving seeds and working time.
4. It is better stabilizer for lace work, free standing embroidery patches, and many other related items. You can embroider directly onto the backing film, (same procedure as the melt-away embroidery backing) and release it when your work is desired, just by washing it in tap water (fª15 degree centigrade) or in your laundry. It dissolves in cold water in 60 seconds, without any slight residual fiber. It gives your work better appearance, and will never change the color of your fabrics, which will greatly promote your sales. It is non-toxic and anti-static electro.
