Eco-Friendly Tanning agent , Very Economical, Self Fixing, Product is capable of replacing Sodabicard, Sodium Formate & Traditional Neutralizing agents. Alkalies are real cause for the formation of Chrome VI in chrome tanned leathers. Cignotan RL possess outstanding cross linking ability with leather and can be added in wet white tanning, Mineral Tanning and even in Vegetable tanning to eliminate non leathery chemicals like buffering salts and alkalies. Cignotan RL is capable of inducing extremely high flex endurance, tensile strength and compactness in the treated leathers. Cignotan RL promotes one bath retanning system to save precious clean water. We strongly believe Chemicals which are not contributing in leather making i.e. Products which can not convert collagen into leather i.e. Sodium Formate, Sodabicarb, Sodium Thiosulphate, Sodiumcarbonate, must be eliminated from leather processing which create problems like high Total Dissolved Solids in waste water and in leather. All these non leather making fine chemicals are used merely for PH Corrections.
