FOB TTT PROCEDURE
1. The Buyer Issue an ICPO. Containing the seller's work procedures and Banking Details along
with TSA (TANK STORAGE AGREEMENT), Buyer Certificate of incorporation, Company Profile
(CP) and International Passport Copy of the CEO.
2. Seller issues ICC Warning Letter and Commercial Invoice (CI) of products in tank at port,
buyer signs and returns the documents with acceptance and commitment letter stating to
adhere to seller procedure.
3. The seller issues a copy of the SGS Report strictly JUST to the buyer's Tank farm Company
only to verify the SGS Report.
4. after confirmation of successful verification of SGS Report only by Buyer's Tank Farm
Company. The Buyer pays his Tank Company for 5 Days TSR and sends his TSR to the Seller. All
Parties must sign NCNDA and IMFPA for endorsements.
5. The seller issues the following POP documents to the buyer;
(a) SGS report for quality and quantity not older than 48 hours
(b) Product Certificate of Origin
(c) Product injection report
(d) Tank storage receipt with full GPS coordinates
(e) Unconditional dip test authorization letter
(f) Authorization to sell and collect

6. After verification of the documents, the injection will be commenced and after injection the
buyer makes payment for the total value of the product injected into the tank via MT103-TT.
7. After receiving confirmation of Buyer Payment, the seller immediately transfer the title
ownership to the buyer.
8. Seller sends payment of all intermediaries involved in the transaction 24 hours after
receiving confirmation of Buyer Payment as per signed & sealed NCNDA/IMFPA which is
notarized by Public Notary in Kazakhstan and then monthly remittance is continued as per
terms and terms of the contract of sale and purchase agreement t between the buyer and
seller.

JET FUEL A1 - KAZAKH ORIGIN - FOB ROTTERDAM on DIP and PAY payment terms
Initiate the buy process by sending us your LOI upon which we will share our SCO.
Following procedure:
1 Buyer sends ICPO in line with seller working procedures alongside his/her Tank Storage Agreement (T.S.A.) on receipt and acceptance of Seller's Soft Offer
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (C.I.), Buyer Signs within 24 hours and returns to Seller within its validity
3. Upon receipt and review of the signed C.I., seller issues Dip Test Authorization (D.T.A) to be completed and signed by buyer/ Buyer's logistics in order for Dip Test to be conducted alongside counter-signed copies of the C.I
4. Buyer returns the Dip Test Authorization (DTA) fully completed and signed within its validity and upon successful review of the completed DTA, seller issues the below full POP documents: -
A. Fresh SGS Report (Not older than 72 hours);
B. Product Reservoir Receipt;
C. Accreditation Certificate;
D. Product Passport (Quantity and Quality Analysis);
E. Authorization to Sell and Collect Certificate (ATSCC); F. Pre-Injection Report (PIR);
G. NCNDA/IMFPA (To be completed by all intermediaries);
H. Certificate of Product Origin;
Authority to Verify (ATV) either physically or otherwise.
5. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above POP Documents, Buyer provides its testing officials (SGS or
INTERTEK) and the needed test are carried out on the product in seller's tanks;
6. Buyer upon successful Dip Test makes full payment by MT103 / TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays commission according to NCNDA/IMFPA to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours after confirmation of buyer's payment and injection commences immediately.
7. Seller issues a contract for buyer's desired duration upon successful completion of the trial order.

Transformer oil is a mineral insulating or cooling oil derived from crude petroleum. It is a mixture of various hydrocarbons consist partly aliphatic compounds
These are the petroleum products, like Napthenic based transformer oil and Paraffinic based transformer oil. Napthenic based transformer oils are known for their heat distribution, which is one of the main problems with transformer. This also has a good flowing feature under low temperature and it is wax-free. These type of oils are better for low-temperature. Even though it oxidises easier, the product formed by this process (i.e sludge) is soluble. Hence, it won't obstruct the cooling system of the transformer.
Paraffinic based transformer oil is obtained from paraffinic crude oil using solvent separation methods. This is known for its good thermal and oxidation durability and good high temperature viscosity feature. Because of its high viscosity index due to the presence of wax, though the oxidation rate is lower than the napthenic oils, the precipitant or the sludge is formed due to the oxidation. This might become an obstruction for the heat dissipation.
