Procedures:
1. Buyer issues an LOI.
2. Seller issues an FCO.
3. Buyer sends back the FCO once it is signed and stamped. And sends an ICPO.
4. Seller sends the SPA and PI.
5. Buyer signs the SPA and sends it back to the seller.
6. Buyer will send the LC Draft to be confirmed by the Sellerâ??s bank.
7. After the confirmation of the LC Draft, the Buyer's bank will send the original LC to the Seller's bank.
8. Once the LC is stated ON, the shipment will be processed.
