Aseel Product description The aseel variety is the most important commercial variety of pakistan. This is a predominant variety of khairpur district of sindh, pakistan. It is excellent semi-dry variety with suitable fruit size (4.3 cm in length and 2.5 cm in diameter). The type of fruit is consumed at rutab (dang) and tamar (dates) stage. Aseel has sweet taste having no scorch in the throat. This is very important character for the excellent varieties. It is a first candidate for micro propagation. The environmental condition and soil type play an important role in the properties of this variety. Aseel fruit produced from palms grown in eastern part of district (near to small mountain range) has low moisture. Consequently, the shelf life of this fruit is longer than the fruit of the same variety in the rest of district.

Parboiled rice is healthier than white rice. 5. Brown Rice Brown Rice is the least processed form of rice. It has the outer hull removed, but still retains the bran layers and germs are still intact. The bran layers give this type of rice its characteristic tan color and nut-like flavor. The outside layer of the bran gives this rice a chewier texture than white rice.
