An economic grade water-based finish paint based on acrylic copolymer emulsion pigmented with rutile titanium dioxide and light / alkali resistant pigments and extenders. The product has excellent scrub resistance and wash ability and having high crack bridge ability up to 0.1 to 1 mm. The biocides content in the product is adequate to resist fungus and algae growth under interior or exterior application condition thus making it suitable for both purposes.
