This packaging machine is used to horizontally pack solid products such as single biscuit, tablet chocolate or chocolate bars, wafers, sweets, Turkish delight, cakes, hamburger, pastry, bagels, croissant, buns, breadsticks any kind of bread and other bakery products, halva, Soap, tea, fruit and vegetables, etc. It is well equipped with digital counter system (touch screen operator panel) which helps to input and count the number of bags to be packed. The digital system also reduces process time and cut associated expenses for customers.

This packaging machine is suitable to horizontally pack products such as biscuit, wafer, chocolate, cake, soap, etc. It has a PVC (Permanent Virtual Circuit) conveyor belt which moves the item in a single line from the production line to the packaging machine. But, capacity can be increased or decreased based on customer requirements. It is easy to use, long service life, high performance and cuts maintainance cost.

This is a semi-automatic flow pack packaging machine as the feeding of the product to the channel or transporter is done manually. Quick shaft changing device: this device is equipped for chaning shaft quickly
                        when you want to use smaller shaft can be as an optional part of
                        this machine for matching the small log roll.
 
Knife base: dual knives and dual shafts, which allows to adjust the knives 
                   seperately to control cutting depth. It is easier for adjusting knife
                   angle and can save PE tube.   
 
Shaft Change: Small cutting shafts for optional using on this machine, which

Quick shaft changing device: this device is equipped for chaning shaft
 quickly when you want to use smaller shaft can be as an optional part of
