Features Of China Clay China clay belongs to the group of Minerals called Kaolinite. It is one of the most common minerals. Kaolinite clay occurs in abundance in soils that have formed from the chemical weathering of rocks in hot, moist climates—for example in tropical rainforest areas. Comparing soils along a gradient towards progressively cooler or drier climates, the proportion of kaolinite decreases, while the proportion of other clay minerals. Applications Glass Ceramics Paper Cosmetics
Features Of Quartz Quartz is very common in sedimentary rocks such as sandstone. It is composed of Silicon and oxygen atoms. It is closest to pure chemical compound and has constant physical properties. Quartz strength and non-reactive properties make it indispensable ingredient in the production of thousand of everyday products. Application Drilling Ceramics Paints Glass
Features Of Feldspar Feldspar is most common rock-forming mineral. It generally white or very light in colour. The feldspar refers to the group of Aluminium silicate of potassium, sodium and calcium. Among the numerous rocks in which they are present the feldspars are particularly abundant in igneous rocks. Applications Ceramics Sanitaryware Catalyst Decorative stone
Features Of Talc Magnesium silicate has a trade name of Talc. It possesses lubricating properties, high luster and sheen. The colour of the material varies from the pure white to silvery white. It is one of the softest mineral and has a soapy feel. Applications Cosmetics ceramics paints Plastic Detergent
Features Of Graphite Powder Graphite Powder is our ultra-fine powder. Graphite powders are composed primarily of ultra-fine particles classified as per ultrafine size for various applications. It has 98-99% of Fixed Carbon content. It has self-lubricity and plasticity in high temperatures. Applications Drilling Conductive paints Electrically and thermally conductive coatings
Mica is a hydrated phyllosilicate mineral of aluminium and potassium with formula KAl(F, OH), or (KF) (AlO) (SiO). Muscovite can be cleaved into very thin transparent sheets that can substitute for glass, particularly for high-temperature applications such as industrial furnace or oven windows. It is also used in the manufacture of a wide variety of electronics and as a filler in paints, plastic, and wallboard. Our monthly supply of these mineral ranges from 1000-2000MT.
Fluorspar (CaF2) is widely used in industry and beyond. This chemical compound is mostly fit for the production of hydrogen fluoride, which is used for example in glass etching and yeast production. It is also a valuable raw material used in the production filters and optical glasses, anti-reflection coatings, cosmetics, (calcium) nitrogenous fertilisers used in agriculture, dental preparations and varnishes. With our double storage warehouses in Port Harcourt and Lagos we are positioned to supply 1000-3000MT of this product monthly. Specifications: 1: Grade: CaF2 80+%. 2: Size: According to buyer requirement.
Secondary industrial raw materials such as carbon dust alternative fuel, carbon anodes /carbon anodes butts, cryolite, bath material, mill scale, silica sand, slag, pet flakes, pet bottles and many other..
We have pure white silica quartz having purity of more than SiO2 99%. Our product has 95% whiteness. We can provide different mesh sizes. The particle size will be in mesh or microns as our customer wants. We can also pack the product according to our buyer requirements. Silica quartz is also known as silicon dioxide, it is versatile and widely used material and has various appliactions in industries such as glass manufacturing, electronics, and construction. Its unique properties, including transparency, durability, and resistance to heat and chemicals, make it an essential component in many products.
We were the first to start a china clay processing plant in Bhuj-Kutch, Gujarat, by acquiring 100 hectares of land on lease from the government in 1983. Back in 2018, a fully automated kaolin plant was established, featuring High Gradient Magnetic Separation (HGMS) and an automatic filter press that can handle up to 8000 tons every month. In 2020, all plants were revamped to include a ball mill, centrifuge decanter, hydro cyclone, and filter press, which helped us achieve a capacity of 25000 tons per month.
Shree Ram Kaolin has started Hydrous Kaolin Plant with a Capacity of 1500 Tons per Month in 2014 and became India's first producer of Hydrous kaolin powder. We operate a micronized plant that produces an exceptionally fine powder. This powder, known as Hydrous China clay, is utilized as an extender and additive in various coatings. Shree Ram Kaolin offers a broad range of grades, as well as customized products tailored to meet the specifications of individual customers. It is used as an extender, filler, and additive in several industries, such as fiberglass, detergent, fertilizer, ink, plastic, rubber, wire, cable, paint, paper, and ceramic frits.
