1, Product Description
This product is a kind of heat preservation coating agent for casting riser, which is the best solution to the solidification and shrinkage of feed head. This product is in refinement control. According to different size of riser and condensing shrinkage principle, we can control heating duration & time of heat preservation, in order to achieve maximum heat supply effect.
2, Product Properties
1, Reduce the use of riser insulation sleeve and save cost;
2, Make the gas evolution and inclusion floatation gradually inside of the casting, reduce waste product rate caused by pore and slag, to enhance comprehensive benefit;
3, Reduce riser weight more than 50% , improve technological yield more than 10%, and also decrease energy consumption.
4, Provide corresponding tailored schemes according to riser design of the customers, in order to achieve the best heat preservation effect.
3, How to use
During pouring, while the molten metal surface rises to 1/2 or 2/3 height of feed head, cast adequate amount of agent one-time, and stop pouring as the agent appears from the feed head gradually.
