Hematite is an iron ore that contains iron in the form of Fe 2 O 3. It is a significant source of iron extraction. Hematite is a mineral that is paramagnetic. As a result, it can be drawn to an external magnetic field. It is an iron oxide with a chemical composition of Fe 2 O 3. It is a common rock-forming mineral found in sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous rocks at locations throughout the world. Hematite is the most important ore of iron. Hematite is a heavy and usually hard oxide mineral that constitutes the most important iron ore123. It has a chemical formula Fe2O3, indicating that it consists of two iron (Fe) atoms bonded to three oxygen (O) atoms4. Hematite has a high iron content and is one of the most abundant iron ores found on Earth43. It is often found in sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous rocks4. Hematite is mined in some of the largest mines in the world3. Hematite ore has naturally high iron content suitable for steelmaking5. Features Of Iron Ore: Iron ore is the main raw material that is used in the manufacturing of steel. 97% of the mined iron ore goes in the steel production. Nigeria has rich deposits of Iron Ore and is among the top 8 exporter of iron ore in the world. Please find below our IRON ORE SPECIFICATIONS 1. Iron Ore Magnetite The key economic parameters for magnetite ore being economic are the crystallinity of the magnetite, the grade of the iron within the banded iron formation host rock, and the contaminant elements which exist within the magnetite concentrate. The size and strip ratio of most magnetite resources is irrelevant as a banded iron formation can be hundreds of meters thick, extend hundreds of kilometres along strike, and can easily come to more than three billion or more tonnes of contained ore. The typical grade of iron at which a magnetite-bearing banded iron formation becomes economic is roughly 25% iron, which can generally yield a 33% to 40% recovery of magnetite by weight, to produce a concentrate grading in excess of 64% iron by weight. The typical magnetite iron-ore concentrate has less than 0.1% phosphorus, 3â??7% silica and less than 3% aluminium. Currently magnetite iron ore is mined in Middle East,Australia& Canada Magnetite bearing banded iron formation is currently mined extensively in Brazil, which exports significant quantities to Asia, and there is a nascent and large magnetite iron-ore industry in Australia. We can supply Iron ore from lower grade of 40% Fe to 65% Fe. Magnetite is magnetic, and hence easily separated from the gangue minerals and capable of producing a high-grade concentrate with very low levels of impurities The grain size of the magnetite and its degree of commingling with the silica groundmass determine the grind size to which the rock must be comminuted to enable efficient magnetic separation to provide a high purity magnetite concentrate. This determines the energy inputs required to run a milling operation. Mining of banded iron formations involves coarse crushing and screening, followed by rough crushing and fine grinding to comminute the ore to the point where the crystallized magnetite and quartz are fine enough that the quartz is left behind when the resultant powder is passed under a magnetic separator. Generally most magnetite banded iron formation deposits must be ground to between 32 and 45 micrometers in order to produce a low-silica magnetite concentrate. Magnetite concentrate grades are generally in excess of 70% iron by weight and usually are low phosphorus, low aluminium, low titanium and low silica and demand a premium price.
Due to the high density of hematite relative to associated silicate gangue, hematite beneficiation usually involves a combination of beneficiation techniques. One method relies on passing the finely crushed ore over a slurry containing magnetite or other agent such as ferrosilicon which increases its density. When the density of the slurry is properly calibrated, the hematite will sink and the silicate mineral fragments will float and can be removed. We can supply good quantities of Iron ore from India,Middle East and CIS countries.

The pellets are used in the production of steel, which is used in the construction of bridges, cars, planes, bicycles, household appliances and much more. But, before this, the ore goes through a blast furnace that only works when air can circulate freely. For this reason, the material needs to be big enough so that there are spaces between each piece. On top of this, the ore needs to be strong enough not to be crushed thereby obstructing the blast furnace. Thus, the production of pellets is fundamental to the steel production process

In accordance with the contract concluded with an important and high-quality ore mine of Turkey, we regularly and sustainably sell olivine of high quality. Most of our sales are our export sales. Iron-Steel Industry: Nowadays, the most used area of olivine is the iron and steel industry. In this branch of industry, olivine is used as a part charge in blast furnaces, furnace metallurgy and slag regulator. Refractory Industry : Due to the high degree of melting, the construction of olivine forsterite bricks has been carried out since 1930. The refractoriness of forsterite brick is around 1890 °C and it is mainly used in the iron and steel industry, cement industry and in the construction of safety lining bricks and monolithic refractory materials in many furnaces required by high temperature. Olivine is also used for coating the inside of crucibles.
When magnesite is calcined at 800-1200â??, it is called "light burning", and its product is called light burning magnesium powder, which is called light burning powder for short. Light-burned powder is mainly used to make cementitious materials, heat-insulating and sound-insulating building materials and ceramic raw materials, and it is also an ideal raw material for producing high-density magnesia. After chemical treatment, light-burned magnesium can be made into a variety of magnesium salts, which are used in magnesium sulfate, light magnesium oxide, inorganic glass fiber reinforced plastic, magnesium hydroxide, fire-proof board, magnesia-alumina spinel, light-weight wallboard, greenhouse bracket, ventilation pipeline, fire-resistant cable, magnesite manhole cover, mold, trailer, and so on.
High purity Magnesia is selected from natural super grade magnesite and purified by flotation ,then made by light burning, fine grinding, pressure ball, calcined in ultra-high temperature oil shaft kiln. It is a high quality raw material for brick making and amorphous refractories.
