Product Description
Aseptic Banana purees are obtained from selected Cavendish varieties of bananas. The fruits are harvested, quickly transported to fruit processing plant &inspected. Fully firm selected quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers and are allowed to ripen. The preparation is done under inert atmosphere and further it goes through a series of processes which includes peeling, mashing the ripe fruit, deseeding, extracting puree, de-aerating and thermally processing. The puree is sterilized and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the fruit is retained in final product.

Product Description
The product is derived from fresh, sound, ripe, Alphonso Mango fruit (Mangifera Indica L Anacardiacae VAR Alphonso). Firm fully matured mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to fruit processing plant & inspected. Selected suitable quality of fruits goes into the atmospheric controlled ripening chambers and allowed to ripen. The matured ripened fruits are washed, deseeded, pulp extracted, thermally processed and aseptically filled by HTST process in pre-sterilized bags which are hermetically sealed, processed and cooled.

A Cavendish Banana is the fruit of a banana cultivar belonging to the Cavendish subgroup of the AAA cultivar group. The commercially important cultivar banana fruit is of Grand Nain (G9) variety. In spite of the multitude of banana species across the world, even only taking into account the cultivated ones, industrial production is dominated by the Cavendish banana.
The fruits of the Cavendish bananas are eaten raw, used in baking, fruit salads, fruit compotes, and to complement foods. The outer skin is partially green when sold in food markets, and turns yellow when it ripens. As it ripens the starches turn to sugar making a sweeter fruit.
