This kind centrifuge is a separator for separating solid, liquid and liquid for chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, foodstuff, milk industry, daily industry and defense industry etc.. It has three types for solid discharge such as central value deslagging, artificial deslagging, and water push deslagging. The first type is mainly used in the desoponificating of oil refining, and the last two types are used in degumming and dehydrating, they are all applicable for liquid-liquid-solid and liquid-solid separation.
It has advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge, little noise, good separation.
Application:
It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, foodstuff, milk industry, daily industry and defense industry such as:
1. Food stuff industry: For animal protein extraction and separation, as well as in meat processing for refining animal lipid or in concentrating and separating aquatic products of fish oil, in clarifying and degreasing milk, for the clarification of beer and malt, sparkling wine, fruit juice and drinks and so on.
2. Chemical industry: Mainly used in separating industrial chemicals, paint and coatings. Also it could be used in the clarification and purification of wastewater from light, textile, chemical fiber industry as well as analogues of greater density solid-phase. Features:

Application:
Waste oil usually collected from machinery, vehicles, ships etc. which color is black and very dirty. Because the waste oil contains too much contamination, including non-hydrocarbon, alkene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, metal hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltene and colloid etc. thereby it is harmful for the lubricating system and car engine etc, waste oil lost itâ??s control friction which have to be replaced.
Transitional way to recycling the waste oil is by acid way,So our company researches the new waste oil vacuum distilling machine (JZC waste oil distillation machine), it is special for distilling and regenerating the black waste lube oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. JZC waste oil distillation machine heat the waste oil to (from 110 to 350) different temperature under high vacuum condition, making Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil, lubricating base oil etc. JZC machine is very suitable for the small oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self.
Advantage:
Safety design, during the working process, raw materials oil is always flowing and flashing between the distillation tank and heating system, there is no any coking happen in the pipes and tanks, so the system is 100% safety, and long life time. There are optional ways to heat the oil, like the boiler way by using fuel, natural gas or coal. Also, if machine is small capacity, we can use the electric heating way.
By using the high vacuum distilling way, so the distilling temperature is low, energy saving and safety.
Using the special chemicals to catalyze the waste oil, which makes sure the final diesel oil, gasoline oil and base oil are good anti-oxidation with good color, there is no bad odor. The final oil can be storage for one year without color change and odor change.

CMM-12R is designed for extension of transformer service life by restoration of dielectric strength and chemical composition of electrical insulation oil.
In the process of oil regeneration, decomposition products and acidic compounds are removed, the oil is clarified, its oxidation stability is improved, and gas solvency is reduced.
The unique feature of the CMM our units is the ability to regenerate transformer oil directly in a transformer with the transformer either online or offline. The functions of the unit:
*Oil regeneration;
*Thermal vacuum drying of oil;
*Vacuum treatment of transformer;
Such regeneration of oil is capable of removing sludge from paper insulation and capturing it with the sorbent. One of the advantages of the regeneration unit is the use of Fuller`s earth sorbent, which can be reactivated many times. This gives the unit the capability to process oil continuously without stops to change saturated sorbent.
Even after the sorbent is completely exhausted after 1.5 to 2 years of use, it is completely environmentally safe and can be used as a filler for construction materials and mixes.
The CMM 12 our unit is controlled by a computer with special status software. The scanner control system offers the operator full control of all components. The operator can control the equipment, switch to various modes of operation, monitor sensor indications and access event flow.
