Was used to some extent in general building framing in the early 1900´s,and more commonly in flooring,lining mouldings and joinery, but use in such applications has been very infrequent for some decades due to the demand for furniture timber and tightly controlled logging.

We are a PNG registered Forest Participant Company, owned and operated by Australians. - We have had many years experience in the cane business, and we only produce, and export, top quality. - We can supply 40 tons monthly at this stage, ( 4 x 20 foot containers ), but expect this to be 100 tons within 6 to 8 months from now. There is no minimum order, but we prefer to sell in 20 foot container loads. - The cane is 100 % dry, and bundled into selected diameters. We pack the bundles in burlap, if required.
