The grated and moisture conditioned cashew kernels are filled in 18 l/ square tins, 25lbs (11.34kg) to a tin. The cashew kernels are fed into the tins. The filled tins are then weighed for a net weight of 11.34 kg plus or minus 10gm using electronic weighing scale. Two tins are packed in a unit carton and strapped and stencil marked for shipment. The consignment is shipped after per-shipment inspection formalities.
We can pack to our customerÆs requirements with full colour printing, in either gunny bags or plastic bags for various sizes from 5kg/10kg/20kg 50kgs up to 100 kgs per bag. We can also pack in retail bags 500gms/1kg with bar codes.
