ORDER PROCESS
STEP 1
An official descriptive letter of Intent (LOI) is required from end buyer.
An Attestation letter will be required to prove end buyers financial capacity to fulfil desired order.
Letters must be correctly addressed to the company, details of which, we will advise. Nothing can be done until these 2 documents are provided.
Proof of funds (POF) can be in the form of either an Attorneys Attestation letter or bank confirmation, it must have legible contact details on either form for vetting purposes.
STEP 2
The Attestation letter will be vetted. Please allow 24-48 hours for the vetting process. If the end client fails this process, the orders shall be canceled with immediate effect.
STEP 3
Upon approval, a Pro Forma Invoice will be issued confirming CIF price, quantity, delivery details, country of origin, and payment terms. The buyer will need to sign this document and return it as urgent.
STEP 4
The Irrevocable Purchase order (IPO) together with the establishment of the escrow or L/C must now take place.
Once this has been completed, the buyer will receive all certifications such as FDA, CE Certificates, all necessary reports, and flight schedules for the allocated batch. Do allow 24 hours to receive this due to time zone differences.
IPO to be as detailed as possible: specification details, size, standards required.
STEP 5
A confirmation mail will be sent to the end buyer from the manufacturer stating order successfully in production, thereafter completion of production, a waybill shall be issued for tracking purposes.
Sign with OWNER (factory) directly
50% TT/bank transfer, balance 50% before delivery (for one time order)
For 100% LC payment needs to discuss with company
