Lepidolite is a lilac gray or rose-colored member of the mica group of minerals.
Lepidolite Lithium-ion batteries are used in mobile phones, computers, electronics, energy storage systems and electric vehicles. The forecast is that it will dominate the lithium market over the next decades. However we are blessed to have abundant of this hot selling mineral in Nigeria.
With our strategic partnership and robust warehouse in Lagos state and Rivers state we have the capacity to supply 1000MT of lepidolite monthly.
We have currently have available 1000MT of Coltan / Tantalite with a purity of 30% in DRC with capacity to deliver 500 - 1000MT on a monthly basis.
The chemical properties are as follows:
a) Tantalum: 30.44 % Ta 40.01 % Ta2O5
b) Iron: 1.87 % Fe 10.98 % FeO
c) Oxygen: 10.69 % O
Coltan is (short for columbiteâ??tantalites and known industrially as tantalite) is a dull black metallic ore from which the elements niobium and tantalum are extracted. The niobium-dominant mineral in coltan is columbite (after niobium's original American name columbium), and the tantalum-dominant mineral is the tantalite.
Tantalum from coltan is used to manufacture tantalum capacitors which are used for mobile phones, personal computers, automotive electronics, and cameras.
