NICKEL ORE 600,000 TONs
1. Quantity: Nickel Ore is readily available, and the approximate quantities are
600,000MT at the mining site, and ready for loading on the tipper lorry
transportation to Seaport.
2. Lab Testing Company Report Rate per Metric Ton method: Prior to loading the
Nickel Ore on the Vessel, both the Seller and Buyer to Test and Identify the actual
percentage of Nickel Ore content through the approved Laboratory Testing
Company Report at their own expenses. This Lab Test Report will be the basis,
to levy LME rate per Metric Ton-FOB. Every time, the same method will be
followed prior to loading Nickel Ore on the vessel. This is to ensure the accuracy
of Nickel Ore Content Percentage in each lot, and to follow the proper LME-FOB
rate prior to loading of nickel ore on the vessel.
3. 10% discount will be given from the LME â?? FOB rate per Metric Ton to the
Purchaser.
4. Stock yard to Sea Port Distance is 25 km from the Nickel Ore stock yard to the sea
port name Subic Bay in Philippines.
5. Rate per TON only FOB- Subic Bay Port in Philippines. No CIF rate. The buyer
is the one arrange for the suitable vessel for transportation of Nickel Ore at his own
responsibility and expenses.
6. Advance Payment to guarantee the Nickel Ore: The buyer need to pay
USD300,000/- at the time of signing the agreement with the seller for 600,000MT
quantity. This USD300,000/- will be adjusted in instalment basis from the cost of
the Nickel Ore shipped each time.
7. Payment Terms: The Seller should pay the amount of the quantity of Nickel Ore
loaded on the Vessel, prior to leaving nickel ore cargo from the Subic Bay in
Philippines. The same method should be followed on every time shipment.

1. Quantity: Nickel Ore is readily available, and the approximate quantities are
600,000MT at the mining site, and ready for loading on the tipper lorry
