Our Face shields were made with non-porous plastic which makes it easy to clean and sterilise. Being exceptionally durable as well, our shield can be used many times if properly handled and regularly disinfected.
Anti-fog
The elastic band that goes over your head is attached to another one which holds your shield in place. This leaves enough space between your head and the shield, preventing the hot air from becoming trapped between your face and the protective plastic. Unlike other face shields that usually use foam, our face shields were especially designed to be anti-fog by maximising breathability and visibility.
Eco-friendly
The plastic used to make our face shields is 100% recyclable. Vannin Healthcare was specifically focused on a combination of recyclability and breathability to protect you in more than one ways, both long- and short-term. A lightweight alternative to a face mask, our shields are easy to assemble and comfortable.

Our 3-ply surgical face masks have a multi-ply design to better prevent inhalation of non-oily airborne pollutants. The blue outer layer and white inner layer are made out of non-woven materials, with a polypropylene filtration layer in the middle. The non-woven layers are designed to provide a comfortable fit, with the protective melt-blown middle layer serving as the barrier.
Bacteria filter efficiency (BFE)
Our Type II medical masks effectively resist bacterial penetration with a rating of at least 98% in accordance with the European standard. Therefore, you can go about your business, knowing that you are 98 �¢?? 99.9% protected from inhaling airborne pollutants.

User Seal Check
Before entering a possibly contaminated area you need to properly put on your filtering face piece To do this you need to
Take the mask by its ear loops one in each hand with the nose clip up
Position the respirator under your chin
Place each ear loop behind its respective ear
Adjust the mask carefully against your face not allowing for any gaps between the mask and your face
Adjust the nose clip with both hands to ensure the nose clip is firmly tightened Pinching it with just one hand is not advised as it might affect the tightness of the mask
Finally check if you completed all of the steps correctly by putting both of your hands over the mask so as to not affect its position and then quickly exhale Depending on where you fill the air passing adjust the nose clip or the entire mask accordingly following the aforementioned steps If there are no gaps for the air to pass through you have correctly put on the mask

User Seal Check
