We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of mica powder, produced by grinding of mica flakes, well known for supplying exceptional quality Mica Powder that is made from pure Mica mineral procured from our own mica mines. The process of producing this powder is slow and costly because of the tough plate like crystal structure of mica. These are highly free from moisture and impurities and have quick response to action of light, heat, electricity, water and other chemicals. Mica Powder offered by us in sizes between 8 to 200 mesh. Special request can be made

We manufacturer, suppler of natural mica A,B,C, grade and powder
Manufacturing high quality wet ground mica powder. Uniformed size, high lustre, very thin particle, flat and transparent surface are making our product best and unique.
Mica available in all forms, raw , 1x1,2x2 all the way to 7x7
Mica Flakes Muscovite: Coarse, Medium & Fine Application: It remains well dispersed in any type of mud and is used as lost circulation material (LCM). The Coarse, Medium and Fine grades are used as per the severity of mud loss.
Mica : Used for perlescent pigment, mica blocks, mica powder, mica flakes
Mica splitting Pieces of medium quality mica having a thickness of less than 1 mil are classified as mica splitting. These splitting are supplied either "Bookform" type or "Loose" type. These splitting are used in the manufacture of Micanite related products .
Mica powder Mica Powder in various forms is obtained by grinding/breaking mica scrap, which is a slow, costly and extremely complicated process, because of the scrap being tough and having a plate like structure. Meticulous care and precaution has to be taken so that there is no deterioration of its natural brilliance
Mica Flakes is mica scrap grounded into sizes ranging from 2 mesh to 20 mesh. This material is prepared mainly by the means of rotary hammer crushing machine in which the mica is literally beaten till such time that the required size is not achieved and the material passes out from graded sieves attached therein. We supply mica flakes to oil well drilling companies, Pearlescent Pigment Manufacturers, Gypsum Board Etc. We are engaged in large volume production and are capable to enter into long term contract with our customers at most competitive price. We are ACP approved company by alibaba.com and could guarantee supply of a consistent high quality product
Mica are sheet silicates historically significant for their ability to be split into large, thin sheets that are uniquely useful for their electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. They have high electrical and thermal insulating properties; they are resistant to chemical attack; they can be split into transparent or optically flat films; and they can be cut or stamped to shape. Uses of mica: 1- Joint cements: muscovite is used in drywall joint compounds, where it contributes to consistency and workability, smooth surface finish, and resistance to shrinkage and cracking. 2- Coatings Fine-ground, -325 mesh and micronized mica grades are used in paint as a pigment extender and for dry film reinforcement. The inert, platy mica improves suspensi on stability, controls film checking, chalking, shrinkage, and blistering, improves resistance to weathering, chemicals, and water penetration, and improves adhesion to most surfaces. Coarser grinds are used in textured paints, and wet-ground mica is used in high quality exterior house paints. High aspect ratio grades are preferred for porous surface sealers to seal pores, control penetration, and reduce sagging and film cracking. 3- Plastics Finely ground, -325 mesh and micronized micas are used in plastics to improve electrical, thermal, and insulating properties. Mica is considered the most effective mineral for reducing warpage and increasing stiffness and heat deflection temperature in plastics. In general, mica reinforces crystalline better than amorphous polymers. Best results are obtained with nonpolar polymers when mica is pretreated with a coupling agent to improve wetting. Mica is used in both thermoplastics and thermosets. Its largest single use is in polyolefins, even though it requires stabilizers to prevent degradation of polypropylene. 4- Drilling fluids Coarse, hammermilled (+10 mesh) mica is used in waterbased oilwell drilling fluids to prevent fluid loss into porous rock formations.
Produced by mechanized or hand setting of alternate layers of binders then fabricated as per thickness and size , built-up mica is used primarily as an electrical insulation material.
Produced by mechanized or hand setting of overlapping splittings and alternate layers of binders and splittings, built-up mica is used primarily as an electrical insulation material. Mica is stable when exposed to electricity, light, moisture, and extreme temperatures. It has superior electrical properties as an insulator and as a dielectric, and can support an electrostatic field while dissipating minimal energy in the form of heat; it can be split very thin (0.025 to 0.125 millimeters or thinner) while maintaining its electrical properties, has a high dielectric breakdown, is thermally stable to 500 °C (932 °F). 40 kg
