Transaction Procedures:

1. Annual contract: 30.000 MT/Month Minimum, Maximum 300,000 MT/Month

2. Buyer issues LOI

3. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues ICPO with right to soft probe addressed to the Seller.

4. Seller issues FCO to Buyer.

5. Buyer signs FCO and returns to Seller with letter of approval.

6. Buyer issues draft contract open amendments.

7. Seller and Buyer exchange legalized and registered contract through courier and lodge contract in respective Banks.

8. SellerÆs Bank issues Proof of Product (POP) via Swift to BuyerÆs Bank to include the following documents listed bellow.

9. BuyerÆs Bank issues Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit, SellerÆs Bank replies with a 2% Performance Bond to Buyer and the assignee names by means of prime 50 first world ranking banks guarantee Model ICC 458 acceptable in written by Buyer and if the Seller fail to supply the cargo of the product this 2% will be paid to Buyer.

10. The SGS inspection will be borne by the Seller at the loading seaport and Buyer at the unloading seaport.

11. Buyer Shipment commences as per contract. Buyer release payment to the Seller. Shipment Delivery per shipping schedule program via Swift Fund Transfer 100% payable at sight against shipping documents.
