BuyerÆs Bank issues Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit, SellerÆs Bank replies with a 2% Performance Bond to Buyer and the assignee names by means of prime 50 first world ranking banks guarantee Model ICC 458 acceptable in written by Buyer and if the Seller fail to supply the cargo of the product this 2% will be paid to Buyer. 10. The SGS inspection will be borne by the Seller at the loading seaport and Buyer at the unloading seaport. 11. Buyer Shipment commences as per contract. Buyer release payment to the Seller.
