Buyer issues draft contract open amendments. 7. Seller and Buyer exchange legalized and registered contract through courier and lodge contract in respective Banks. 8. SellerÆs Bank issues Proof of Product (POP) via Swift to BuyerÆs Bank to include the following documents listed bellow. 9.
