This oxide layer serves as an insulator and it may be tinted with a wide range of colors like silver, champagne, bronze, golden, black etc. Anodizing prevents surface corrosion and acts as a substrate for additonal decorative finishes. It also improves hardness and wear resistance, anodized film thickness like AA10, AA15, AA20, AA25. customized shapes extruded from moulds as per drawings, 6063-T5 alloy and temper profiles are made in good quality, hardness over HW10.
