4. Open Escrow account in Standard Bank or issue a Letter of Credit or open a Lawyer Trust Account. Buyer needs to deposit 100% of the payment if choose Bank Escrow or Lawyer Trust Account.
5. The Seller delivers all factory documents and information to the buyer.
6. Standard Bank pays deposit to the factory on behalf of the buyer, the factory starts production. Notice that, Standard Bank advances funds for the buyer, no matter the buyer chooses Escrow or L/C or Lawyer Trust Account payment method, the buyer's money is not moved.
7. The factory starts production, with a weekly output of 50 million boxes and a monthly output of 200 million boxes. 100 pieces per box.
8. SGS/ TUV test and arrange shipments and after the bill of lading is submitted, the funds in the Escrow account will be released and the LC will be redeemed, deliver in batches and release funds in batches.
