Seller loads product into a vessel at loading port and issue POP documents to Buyer; 7. Seller upon arrival of vessel at destination port issues ATB and UDTA; 8. Buyer upon arrival of vessel at destination port issues updated POF, conduct SGS and make payment for full product via MT103/TT wire within 2 working days; 9. Seller, after confirmation of payment received, transfer title and ownership of product to Buyer, injects product into buyers tank/vessel and pays commission as per IMFPA,NCNDA and CA within 48hrs; 10. After successful lift buyer and seller agree for annual contract and rollover extensions.
