Offer EN590 - ULSD 10 PPM (Turkish origin non sanctioned); CIF any Mediterranean safe port. Minimum Trial quantity 50,000MT following 12 month contract for 50,000MT per month. Price: NWE Platts minus USD 15 per MT(including commissions). CIF Procedure: 1. Buyer issue LOI; 2. Seller conduct preliminary Due Diligence on LOI and issue FCO to buyer; 3. Buyer provide ICPO with POF; 4. Seller issues signed SPA to buyer; 5. Buyer countersign and return SPA via email within 48hrs, draft financial instrument and NCNDA/IMFPA; 6. Seller loads product into a vessel at loading port and issue POP documents to Buyer; 7. Seller upon arrival of vessel at destination port issues ATB and UDTA; 8. Buyer upon arrival of vessel at destination port issues updated POF, conduct SGS and make payment for full product via MT103/TT wire within 2 working days; 9. Seller, after confirmation of payment received, transfer title and ownership of product to Buyer, injects product into buyers tank/vessel and pays commission as per IMFPA,NCNDA and CA within 48hrs; 10. After successful lift buyer and seller agree for annual contract and rollover extensions.
