Acten Turnkey Project offers our customers complete training on achieving the correct profiled rubber dimension for further processing into precure tread at a later stage. Certified skills in operating the extrusion line can be attained in a short period of time.
The extrusion line that Acten offers includes:
-2 roll mill
-Hot/Cold/Pin-cold feed Extruder
-Cooling trough
-Profile identification marker
-Pneumatic cutter.
Precure Tread Press has a H-frame structure that offers unsurpassed structural strength. It is designed to withstand high press indefinitely. The result of the curing tread will have even thickness throughout the whole tread, which is one of the key factor determining the quality of the tread.
Differ than common C or G-frame structure, the H-frame structural intergrity allows 1150MT maximum pressure for the manufacturing of the precure tread. The conventional C-frame structure offers less structural strength, the top frame will crack or show signs of cracking over time and resulting in unevenly cured precure tread with lop-sided thickness.
Besides, Acten Precure Tread Press features auto bumping capabilities to release traped air during the curing process. This differ greatly from the bumping action of the normal C-press. The auto bumping of Acten Press will not lift the rubber away from the sipes completely and thus preserving the mould.
Acten Press also featuring user friendly quick load and unload device which is time-saving. Acten Precure Tread Press is well known for its design, advanced features and superior performance. We constantly update our range and secifications to take advantage of new technology and design improvements. User friendly features are considered important design parameters for we know very well the extreme conditions working beside a 160c heated press.
Acten Sanding Machine is famous for its excellence performances and durability. Acten provide the machine accordingly to customer's needs, ranging from single head sanding machine up to four-head sanding machine.
Acten's sanding machine could perfectly sand off the oxidize surface of the tread liner, without affecting the tread depth, with the perfect precision. Also, our machine's performance will not be restricted due to different patterns, which is one the most important cost-effective factors.
The tread sanding line prepares the cured precure tread for shipment readiness. The process involves buffing the precure tread to the desired texture, cementing the buffed surface and packing to form a compact roll backed with plastic sheet pretection. Acten machines are designed for simple operation with many user friendly features. Extensive training is not required to operate the very efficient Acten's tread sanding line.
We offer single head, twin head, three head and four head sanding machines. Each different models have distinctive features in order to handle different production capacity.

Description:
Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) is produced by solution polymerization process, has very high elasticity and degree of resistance to dynamic stress, and retains these properties even at extremely low temperatures. Blending natural rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber with PBR improves the abrasion resistance, crack resistance and heat build-up under dynamic load.
