Niumira Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is an organic oil extracted from fresh coconuts. VCO is obtained from fresh coconut meat or milk via the "cold-pressed" method. It is totally different from ordinary coconut oil, which is obtained from copra (dried coconut kernels). ‘Cold pressed’ is a process that removes the healthy oil mechanically. The coconut ‘meat’ is pressed and gently heated at temperatures not exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit, to preserve its healthful benefits. Our pure cold-pressed oil is also not refined, processed or deodorized. Our VCO maintains all the natural goodness of coconut.
