Soap Noodles are produced by saponifying vegetable oils, such as palm oil, coconut oil or olive oil, and/or animal fats (tallow) using sodium hydroxide. Soap Noodles is considered to be the basic precursor of soap. Soap noodles are used by both soap manufacturers and hobbyist alike because it can easily be customized with pigments, fragrances and other additives to produce soap. This soap can be further customized by moulding, pressing, and stamping to give the final product.
