Cement Brick
Mmw cement brick & block machine model cbm300 is a automatic operations machine ( use man only for loading of raw materials and unloading of finished bricks / blocks / pavers ). It is hydraulically operated and uses vibration & hydraulic compaction to form cement bricks, hollow blocks and pavers. It is completed with sand hoppers, belt conveyors, mixer, automatic wooden plank loader, touch screen controller, chain conveyor and gantry cranes. Moulds of various designs and dimensions can be fabricated according to customersf+ specifications and requirements.
Raw granite blocks are extracted by from the mother rock using advance diamond wire saw. Therefore, the raw blocks internal cracks phenomenon has been minimized. All the raw blocks output in big sizes with fine square shape and the minimum sizes from are 3 m3 and above.
There are no specifications to determine quality of dimension stone as it depends on individualÆs taste and preference. However, most would agree that good quality dimension stone should possess the following qualities:
