Self-controlled electrical heating sucker rod is a new generation of electric heating rod of the latest products. The product has high heat productivity, and its temperature is self-controlled. Polymer PTC (positive temperature coefficient of resistance) will be installed within the hollow rod as the semiconductor material thermal heating elements. Both ends (male and female) are sealed by fire resistant PTFE material. The temperature of this kind sucker rod can be adjusted according to the complexity of current automatically. Within the entire pitshaft oils temperature is uniform, which saves energy without destroying oil properties. The rod is designed sectional. There is a fuse in every installation of rods, which can protect it in the case of partial flow. Without prejudice to the overall work.

Binding with wire rods diam. 5, 5-7, 0 mm: 4 radial bindings and 1 transverse binding.
Wire rod + mm as per gost 30136-95 can be also packed in coils up to 550 kg.
Dimensions of a coil: height up to 400 mm; od - 1400-1450 mm; id - 850-900 mm. Binding at 2 places.
