Bonded-NdFeB Magnet.
Injection magnet is a mixture of magnetic powder, resin, additive, which are injective produced by a specialized injection machine. The injection magnet power is lower than sintered magnet, but it has precise sizes, light-weighted, compact and various shapes.
Rare earth magnet It is made of ndfeb magnetic powder and the plastic materials. Isotropic magnet which fits for complex sizes and multi-pole magnetize. It must be protected under the electroplating, the precision are high, but easy to broken and can not process to special shape.
Sintered Ferrite Magnet Mainly made from Fe2O3, BaCo3 or SrCo3 metallic powders. There are two types : One is isotropic magnet and the other is anisotropic magnet.(anisotropic magnet included the dry compression and wet compression). The property included the corruptive is very high, not easy to demagnetize. The normal tolerance is +/-2%, after process, the tolerance can be +/-0.05%.
Rubber magnet Anisotropic and isotropic rubber magnets are composite materials made of permanent magnetic powder with high polymer material by means of calendaring or extrusion. They show good magnetic properties and high sizing precision.
Injection ndfeb magnet It is a mixture of resin (pa12, pps) & the ndfeb magnetic powder, after mix together with the additive, injective produced the magnet is called injection ndfeb magnet.
Magnetic pulley are positioned at the head of belt conveyors to extract metal contamination from the product on the belt. As the roller rotates, it holds the tramp metal while clean product is discharged. Finally as the belt leaves the roller, the magnetism dissipates, and the unwanted contamination falls from under the belt into a separate receptacle. Since they are made from neodymium, one of the most plentiful rare earth elements, and inexpensive iron, NDFEB magnets offer the best value in cost and performance. Ndfeb magnets are available in both sintered and bonded forms. Sintered NDFEB offers the highest magnetic properties (28 mgoe to 50 mgoe) while bonded ndfeb offers lower energy properties. Although bonded magnets do not possess magnetic properties as advanced as those of sintered magnets, they can be made in shapes and sizes that are difficult to achieve with sintering. A variety of coatings can be applied to the magnets' surface to overcome the principle drawback of neodymium-based magnets, their tendency to corrode easily.
