Then the following is the rest of the procedure:
1. Buyer and Seller Sign Contract.
2. Buyer issues LC draft, and seller issue 2% PB draft
3. Seller confirms LC draft, and Buyer confirms 2% PB draft
4. Buyer issues his irrevocable non-operative Letter of Credit at sight in
favor of the seller. (It will be the direct miner)
5. The Seller issues a performance guarantee (2%PB) in favor of the buyer
to activate the Letter of Credit.
6. Shipment commences as per agreement.
7. Seller summits documents
The mine is located in Mexico. 4,500 hectares available for mineral lithium extraction.
Lithium qualities are from 1500 to 4000 PPM, with 1500 PPM guaranteed per Ton.
Lithium ore mineral with 2 inches as maximum size.
60 Mil Ton/Month as capacity.
The price to negotiate is to pick in mine.
Our Lithium mineral has all documentation to be exported worldwide.
Contract must be done in Mexico.
Within 80 % of contract completion, the customer is allowed to visit the mine.
Contract must be signed for a span of time of 1 to 3 years (TBD)
We can send you lithium for analysis of your own, so you can double-check it.
