This machine is designed for automatically LENGTH cutting of webbings (loops û belts) for F.I.B.CÆs. Also the machine has another function of MARKING. Cutting of the webbings is done by pneumatically operated hot knife. The marking for the sewing place on the webbings are done by pneumatically operated position adjustable marker (refillable). The machine standing orientation is to allow free fall of cut belts into a box. The width of the cutting knife is 65cm. Drive and pressing of the belts are pneumatically controlled rollers. For accuracy purpose machine is vacillated with AC SERVO Motor and Drive with proper torque and hight inertia selection. There is a PLC to control the full process of the machine. The machine is delivered with the inbuilt stand for placing the webbing rolls. To provide good operating condition, the webbings have to be rolled properly. The working output depends on the cut length. The running speed is 65 meters/minute. Cutting and marking is done in 2 seconds.
