Frame : -Optional: Stainless Steel frame or Painted Steel frame and covered with 1.5 mm Stainless sheets. First intermediate flattener: -Dough pieces incoming form the first conveyer are flattened between Four Hard chromed cylinders. -The frame made by 5mm Stainless Steel sheets. -All mechanical parts, such as: chain-sprockets-bearings are from the external side of the flattener frame, and well covered with 2 mm Stainless Steel, to insure a complete isolation for the dough pieces and maximum security measures and safety for the workers.
