The exclusive concept of the machine with a new regulation system guarantees high quality dough and the optimal precision for each dough. This machine was expressly built to flattener all types of dough and for variable sizes (from10 cm to 50 cm) with variable dough thickness 1 to 8mm. Feeding Conveyer : -Made by food grade non stick belt witch delivers the dough to the first flattener. Conveyer frame made by 3 mm stainless Steel sheets. -Easily removable Stainless Steel flour tank mounted of the rear side of the conveyer frame and equipped with independent motor to reduce mechanical connection. -Fitted with removable Stainless Steel plate for flour and dough decay accumulation. Frame : -Optional: Stainless Steel frame or Painted Steel frame and covered with 1.5 mm Stainless sheets.
