The seller and within 12 working days will issue to the buyer: a. Sgs test report (fresh date) b. 2% performance bond (for fob deal) c. Ppop d. Bill of loading e. Iicense to export the scrap metal 7. Within three working days the seller will issue all documents of the metal (vessel) to the buyer, and the buyer will instruct his bank to release the payment of shipment. 8.
